This policy explains what personal information Make Healthy Food Recipe ("we", "us") collects when you visit makehealthyfoodrecipe.com, buy an e-book or join our email list, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Email sign-up: your first name (optional) and email address when you request the free e-book or join our newsletter.
- Orders: when you buy, our payment partner (merchant of record) collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, order details and country. We never see or store your full card details.
- Contact form: your name, email, order number and message.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, device and approximate location, collected via cookies or similar technologies where you consent.
- Preferences: your currency choice (USD/GBP) is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase and provide customer support (contract).
- To send the free e-book and our weekly recipe email if you asked for it (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To process refunds and keep records required by tax law (legal obligation).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interests or consent, depending on your location).
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business: our checkout and payment partner, our email marketing provider, our website host and, where enabled, an analytics provider. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 6–7 years). Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted after 2 years.
