We want you to love your e-book. If it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@makehealthyfoodrecipe.com or use our contact form.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number.
- We process refunds within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the money in your account.
Bundles and upgrades
The guarantee also covers the Complete Healthy Kitchen Library bundle. If you upgraded from a single e-book, the refund covers the amount you paid for the upgrade.
Digital content and your legal rights
Our products are digital downloads. In the UK and EU, the statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase ends once the download starts, if you agreed to this at checkout. Our 30-day guarantee is offered on top of, and does not replace, your statutory rights wherever you live, including under the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act and Canadian provincial consumer laws. If a file is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law.
Fair use
We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer, or refunds where the files have clearly been shared or resold.
